About me

A native New Yorker since the age of six, Guillermo Castillo was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. His passion for the arts began as child, but it wasn’t until his teens that he was inspired to focus on fashion. As a result, he attended the H.S. of Art and Design, and on full scholarship, the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T). Revered for his eclectic, and constantly evolving personal style, he has been photographed by Bill Cunningham, and featured in The New York Times style section.
